Appointment Fees

All initial clinic appointments fees are charged at the clinic, with services received during the visit charged in addition to this. Telephone Consultation fees are charged at the time of booking and the below Cancellation and No-Show Policy applies.

 

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

£20 charge per person applies for non attendance, or if a cancellation is not received up to 48 hours before the appointment.

 

Refunds and Returns Policy

We cannot offer refunds or accept returns on healthcare items supplied by the clinic. (Your statutory rights are unaffected).

 

Retail Products and Malarial Tablets cannot be returned unless the product/malarial tablet is faulty.
