About Jet Lag Medication | Melatonin
Melatonin is a natural sleep hormone that can help reset your body clock and
improve adaptation to a new time zone.
When you arrive in your new destination, you should take melatonin at bedtime in
your new time zone (not earlier than 8pm and not later than 4am). You should not
take this medication for more than 5 nights.
Melatonin 3mg
Melatonin can make you feel sleepy or tired. Occasionally it can cause headache,
nausea, dizziness, restlessness, a dry mouth, strange dreams or night sweats.
If you experience severe or persistent symptoms, seek medical advice.
This medication can cause drowsiness. If affected, you must not drive or operate
machinery. It Is advised that alcohol is avoided whilst taking this medication.
Online medication requests are available to patients aged 18 and over. Individuals
under 18 must attend a clinic appointment with a parent or guardian, where suitability

Reporting Procedure

- The email must include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographic evidence where applicable
- Distributor will provide next steps depending on the nature of the case.
Please allow up to 5–7 working days for your order to be processed. This includes
online risk assessment review, prescription, and supplier dispensing and dispatch.

How to Take Malarone
Capsules

- Start Early: Begin one day before entering a malaria-risk area.
- Stay Protected: Continue taking Malarone while in the risk zone and for 7 days after leaving.
- Boost Protection: Use DEET insect repellent alongside Malarone, as no medication offers 100% protection against malaria. Biting insects can also carry other diseases.
